TEAM INFO

Men's Seniors & COlts

In recent years, we have competed in the Subbies Division 5/6 competition, which is for clubs with up to 2 senior grades.  Including pre-season, it’s a 7 month season  with a few bye rounds mixed in to let you catch up on social commitments.

Typical dates are:

Preseason: Mid-February to Easter Weekend

Season: April to late August

Finals: Early September

Training

Our coaching team organises two training sessions per week. Tuesdays are largely fitness and skills-based while there is a strong emphasis on game plans and team runs on Thursdays.  We’ll get the BBQ and TV out by the sheds whenever the footy is on after training.

We appreciate that work, education or family commitments can take priority on training nights.  We won’t hold it against you on the Saturday.  Just learn our calls, stick to the game plan and give it your all for the club.

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7 to 8.30pm

SENIORS

Match days
All matches are played on Saturdays during the season.  First Grade will always be scheduled for a 3.15pm kick off with Colts and Reserves playing the curtain raisers.

Colts: 12.45pm
Reserve grade: 2.00pm

COLTS

Colts - u21

Reformed in 2014, the Lane Cove Colts made their presence known in Sydney Suburban Rugby after winning the Radford Cup in 2016.

The colts competition is an opportunity for school leavers to continue to play socially with mates or an opportunity to meet a group of locals that are able to fit a game and training around uni or an apprenticeship.
